Tender description

1.1 By a Contract Notice placed in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU reference number TBA despatched on TBA and published on TBA (the Contract Notice), the London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) invited expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide Disabled Adaptations & Essential Repair Grant Contract (the Service / Works) to enable the London Borough of Hillingdon to appoint one (1) Contractor to enter into a comprehensive "Occupational Therapy (OT), Design & Build" contract for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. The Contract is predominantly for a Disabled Adaptations Service based around the Occupational Therapy functional needs of our residents and the associated required home adaptation Works (the Project).
