Property Management Branch (PMB), Energy Unit, is a branch within Properties Division (PD) and under the authority of the Department of Finance and Personnel (NI). The main role of the Energy Unit is to provide a holistic range of energy management services and advice to various Government Departments and other Public Bodies. The Energy Unit , in conjunction with Central Procurement Directorate Supplies and Services Division, have been commissioned to tender the Supply of Electricity on behalf various Government Departments and a number other non departmental public bodies. To ensure best value for money for all clients, this contract will be awarded in Lots. Lots have been arranged where possible according to similar load profiles and tariff codes. Clients with a large number of sites have been included in single Lots, and aggregation has been used to combine the sites of Clients with a small number of buildings.
