Tender description

The Supplies and Services Division, Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Department of Finance and Personnel, Properties Division, Energy Unit (DFP) is inviting tenders from suitable organisations, to supply wood pellet fuel and carry out ash disposal services to a number of sites which are equipped with wood pellet burning boilers. This contract will comprise the supply and delivery of wood fuel pellets to a number of properties with wood pellet burning boilers throughout the NICS estate, and the disposal of ash from said boilers. The successful supplier will be required to deliver pellets and dispose of ash at the stated sites in accordance with the clauses contained within this specification, any accompanying documents, and all relevant legislation.
