Tender description
This Design & Build Contract is for the demolition of the existing agriculture education building at CAFRE Loughry Campus and the construction of a new office headquarters building for DARD Rivers Agency. The existing building is a single storey office/education building and the new build is a two storey building which will be built to current NICS best practise and standards. The client will require the building to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” and incorporates a biomass boiler, rainwater harvesting and a PV Array within the specification.
