DFP Replacement ICT solution for the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme NI

Tender description

Civil Service Pensions is seeking to procure an integrated active, deferred and pensioner member administration and financial services system (including pensioner payroll) and a number of support services, in respect of the PCSPS (NI) and its associated schemes, including: •Civil Service Compensation Scheme (Northern Ireland) [CSCS (NI)]; •Civil Service Injury Benefit Scheme (Northern Ireland) [CSIBS (NI)]; •Northern Ireland Civil Service Additional Voluntary Contribution Scheme (NICSAVCS); •Northern Ireland Partnership Pension Account Ill Health Benefits Scheme; •Northern Ireland Partnership Pension Account Death Benefits Scheme; •Supplementary Earnings Cap Scheme; and, •Unregistered Death Benefit Scheme (Northern Ireland). The PCSPS (NI) provides pensions for civil servants and other NDPB employees eligible to join the scheme. The contract also includes the provision of paying agent services in respect of two small, closed pension schemes, as well as other public service pensioners who are not members of the PCSPS (NI).
