Tender description

The project is for the appointment of an Economic Operator and associated team to deliver DARD Direct accommodation at Academy House which is located in Ballymena. The works involve the fit-out of approximately 1300 square metres of highly serviced office accommodation. The office accommodation to be provided includes a reception area, interview rooms, open plan office accommodation, meeting rooms, tea points and associated stores. The Economic Operator's team will be required to include a Mechanical Building Services Contractor, an Electrical Building Services Contractor and a multi-discipline Design Team. The Economic Operator's team will be expected to develop plans and specifications provided by Central Procurement Directorate. The Design Team will be required to provide supervision and input into the construction phase to ensure delivery of this project to the required quality, cost and programme. Regards,
