DFP - Provision of DARD Direct Accommodation at the Atek Building, Armagh

Tender description

The project is for the appointment of an Economic Operator and team to deliver DARD Direct accommodation at the Atek Building which is located on the outskirts of Armagh. The works are for the fit-out of approximately 1130 square metres of office accommodation to a high standard that reflects the ethos and recommendations of Workplace 2010. Accommodation to be provided includes a public reception area, interview rooms, open plan office accommodation, meeting rooms, tea points, kitchen and associated stores. External works are proposed to include a new public entrance, additional glazing, boiler house with fuel storage and external access to a plant room to be located in the roof void. The Economic Operator's team will be expected to include a Mechanical Building Services Contractor, an Electrical Building Services Contractor and a multi-discipline Design Team who are to develop the plans and specifications provided by Central Procurement Directorate.
