DFP - Property Management Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement 2014

Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint two Economic Operators (EO) (Contractors) to enter into a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for the provision of building, mechanical, electrical, grounds services, design and other related specialist works and services for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Minor Works utilising an NEC3 Term Service Contract. The Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement is being let by Properties Division Department of Finance and Personnel, on behalf of a range of organisations requiring services in Northern Ireland including:- Government Departments; Agencies; Non-departmental Public Bodies; local Authorities; or other Contracting Authority (including subsidised bodies or other grant recipients). The same Economic operator will not therefore be appointed for Lot 1 and Lot 2. The mechanism for awarding Lots will be set out in the PQQ documentation.
