The Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP) Properties Division (the Client) is responsible for property management and accommodation services to the Northern Ireland Civil Service and the wider public sector. It provides Professional and Technical services to a wide range of clients and currently maintains Central Government properties across Northern Ireland. Their remit is to supply and maintain Furniture, Furnishings and Floor coverings within and throughout property and accommodation of the NICS Government Office Estate, for NICS Departmental Agencies and for Non-Departmental Public Bodies. They ensure that all staff in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) conducts their work and business in offices and buildings that meet with the user needs and comply with all legal requirements. The Client is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a floor fitting service to fit and install a wide range of textile and resilient floor coverings installation throughout NICS Office Estate and other Client's offices and buildings throughout Northern Ireland.
