Tender description
The Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Estate, including Agencies and non Departmental Bodies buildings, is a combination of small satellite offices which hold a low number of staff, larger offices which hold between ten and fifty staff in and around rural towns, and large Departmental Headquarter premises in highly populated locations, sometimes holding hundreds of staff. The Department of Finance and Personnel for Northern Ireland is inviting tenders from companies to supply and deliver Floor Covering throughout its own property and estate buildings and the properties of its clients.
