DFP - NI Public Sector Shared Data Centre Project - Supplier Briefing Day

This introduction provides an invitation to all interested parties who would wish to participate in the scheduled Northern Ireland Public Sector (NIPS) Shared Data Centre Project Information Day, which is to be hosted by the Northern Ireland Public Sector on 21st January 2013. Protocols for the Information Day: In order to maximise the value of the Information Day, tenderers will be required to submit a response to the attached Project Questionnaire in advance of attendance to the Information Day, and by 14th January 2013. The Authority would be grateful if you would confirm whether you plan to attend the Information Day (and indeed if you wish to bring a colleague), by completing the technical envelope on the eSourcing portal by 4pm on 18th January 2013. Please note, that due to limited availability, this Information Day will be limited to two people per organisation. Arrangements for the Information Day: The Information Day will be held at Maynard Sinclair Pavilion Building at Stormont Estate, on 21st January 2013, from 10am until 12noon. At the start of the Information Day, the Authority will provide a short introduction, which will be followed by detailed presentation, which will provide information on the Background to the Project, Project progress and an overview of the high-level anticipated technical specifications. It is anticipated that Authority presentations will take place from 10am – 11am, followed by a question and answer session from 11am– 12noon. As a condition of participating in this Information Day, the Authority requires that the attached Project Brief and information presented at the Information Day is treated as being strictly private and confidential. We would therefore ask you to take all steps necessary to prevent this document from being disclosed to the public or any third party.
