Tender description

Land & Property Services requires printing of an information booklet (Quantity 850,000 - A5 (Portrait) Stepped Brochure) which will be issued to all ratepayers with their next rate bill. The aim of this booklet is to answer some of the most frequently asked questions in relation to rate bills. In particular, it describes: • the range of payment methods available • how rate bills are calculated • how you may be able to get help with your rate bill For the 2011 booklet NI Councils have been offered the opportunity to provide tailored content (inside front cover and inside back cover only) to booklets which will then be issued with bills to ratepayers in their Council area. Depending on the number of Councils that opt into this project there could be potentially 27 versions of the booklet (26 Councils + 1 generic).
