Tender description
The purpose of this contract is to establish a Call off Contract for IT Assist to allow for the provision of telephone call traffic generated from within the Northern Ireland Civil Service private telephony network. This contract is only for direct and indirect service providers to ensure that the NICS continue to benefit from competitive call rates.
