Tender description

The supply of Ad-hoc 3rd party support services for IT desktop hardware and peripheral devices. The contract shall commence upon award and shall remain in force for 3 years with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months. The contract shall be awarded to a single service provider. The service provider must provide support for each product category listed. Under this contract, the client may occasionally request ad-hoc support for hardware not covered by the product category list to meet a customer’s specific business needs.
