Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of the façade refurbishment, some interior refit works (fourth floor) and some non-construction elements of the works to the Foyle Jobs and Benefits Office, 14 Asylum Road, Londonderry. The existing building is a six storey office block (main block) with a single storey annexe at right angles to the main block at first floor level (note: the annexe is not included in these works). The building is fully occupied and has a large Jobs and Benefits Public Office which will necessitate the works to be phased. Please see MOI Part B for a full description
