DFP - DARD Direct Accommodation Newtownards

Tender description

The project is for the appointment of an Economic Operator and team to deliver DARD Direct accommodation at Sketrick House which is located on the outskirts of Newtownards. The works are for the fit-out of approximately 700 square metres of office accommodation to a high standard that reflects the ethos and recommendations of Workplace 2010. Accommodation to be provided includes a public reception area, interview rooms, open plan office accommodation, meeting rooms, tea points, kitchen and associated stores. The Economic Operator's team will be expected to include a Mechanical Building Services Contractor, an Electrical Building Services Contractor and a multi-discipline Design Team who are to develop the plans and specifications provided by Central Procurement Directorate. The Design Team will be expected to provide supervision and input in the construction phase to ensure delivery of this project to the required quality, cost and programme.
