Tender description

The project is for the provision of modern, open plan office accommodation, including a high quality ministerial suite, ‘Deli’ style catering and coffee bar facility, and associated support accommodation incorporating the re-fit of the upper floors of Adelaide House (floors 1 - 7) in a phased programme by conversion of the existing cellular accommodation. Works will include alterations to the existing, and installation of new mechanical (heating, ventilation and AC), electrical and specialist fire and security systems.
