DFP - 2 & 4 Bruce Street, Belfast - Internal Refurbishment (B2)

Tender description

This Contract is for the detail design, and partial internal refit of 2no existing adjoining open plan, four storey office blocks at No 2 and No 4 Bruce Street, Belfast. Exemplar floor plans and performance specifications shall be provided at Invitation to Tender Stage, for development to detail design stage, obtaining of all statutory approvals, construction to satisfactory completion, commissioning, handover and 12 month defects liability. The existing buildings at No 2 & 4 Bruce Street were constructed circa 1990 and are both 4 storey, steel framed, with brick cavity wall cladding and concrete floored office blocks, linked by a glass atrium. The interiors of both buildings are generally fitted out as open plan offices with suspended ceilings and raised access flooring throughout. Each building has its own boiler house, services and access lift/staircases. Please see MOI Part B for further details.
