Development of Qlikview® Performance Management Dashboards

Tender description

The Trust is seeking a 3 year strategic partnership to deliver its strategic reporting solution utilising the Qlikview® reporting system. The Trust is initially looking to develop dashboards and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management information reporting for three areas: 1. Elective wait time management 2. Emergency department (ED) management 3. Clinical quality metrics It is proposed that the initial contract will be for 1 year, followed by an option to extend for up to two further 1 year periods. This specification also includes a list of other dashboards that the Trust is seeking to develop during further phases of the project. This list is only provisional at the time of procurement and is for information only. The total value of the proposed contract cannot exceed £156 000.00 excluding VAT over the whole life (including extensions) of the proposed contract. The total budget for year 1, including set-up costs, is £60 000 excluding VAT. The total budget for each possible extension year is £48 000 excluding VAT. Tenders that exceed this affordability threshold may be non-compliant.
