Project_1671 DETI – Research Project to Examine Future Debt Advice Provision in Northern Ireland The Department for Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) wish to appoint a service provider to provide them with recommendations on the future provision of debt advice in Northern Ireland. These recommendations will underpin strategic decisions on the future management, delivery and funding of debt advice services in Northern Ireland post 2011. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in mid April 2010. The successful tenderer should be available to commence work within a reasonable timeframe thereafter. It is expected that the final report should be completed by June 2010 at the latest (an earlier timeframe would be preferable).
