Tender description

NITB wish to tender for a media monitoring company to provide clippings on a daily basis by emailing them through to NITB ROI personnel (3 email addresses) for review. Keywords are provided to the company so that the correct coverage is lifted. NITB require monitoring of print, broadcast and online articles covering main media outlets in the Republic of Ireland market. The Contract Period is 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 periods of up to 1 year each. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. The closing date for return of tenders is 3pm on Tuesday 12 August 2014. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
