NITB wishes to procure a Service provider to develop, deliver and evaluate a Leadership Development Programme which will involve a staged roll out to senior managers within the organisation including the senior management team (SMT), the deputy principal management team directly reporting to them and cascading to the Staff Officer team thereafter.
