DETI Invest NI - Provision of Online Worldwide Market Research Information

Tender description

Invest NI has a requirement to tender for the provision of worldwide market research reports via the Internet. The contract for the provision of this service is for a period of 1 year. The service must be an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution, hosted remotely and accessible to end users via a website. The service will form part of a portfolio of research databases used by staff and clients of the Business Information Centre of Invest NI, and by Invest NI staff. The service will enable companies to carry out desk research on markets and companies worldwide, which will help them to make more informed decisions on which markets are most appropriate for their products or services, and to gain an insight into the major players in those markets. This will save companies time and money as they can more quickly focus in on the most viable markets for them, and reduce their expenditure on primary research. Companies can begin to make use of this information at the very start of their planning activities, because they can access the data so quickly.
