DETI: Invest NI Provision of Film and Post Production Editing Services

Tender description

Invest NI, through the Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), wishes to appoint a suitable supplier to deliver the Film and Post Production Editing services relating to: • its portfolio of programmes and advisory services; • its range of corporate and statutory communication obligations; and • promotional initiatives relating to the (potentially expanded) customer base and the communication outputs resulting from the Transform Programme, Invest NI’s strategic change management. The primary audience for this service provider will be Invest Northern Ireland’s Corporate Communications and Marketing Unit, (CCMU) and the internal division the service. The service provider will be required to deliver events in line with the specific guidelines and project briefs developed by CCMU for individual projects across a 3 year period of time. These film and multi-media productions will be used to motivate and target three core audiences including: a) Invest NI Customers; b) The wider Northern Ireland Business Base; and c) Internal Staff.
