DETI Invest NI - Design and Construction of Exhibition Stands Framework

Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client, Invest Northern Ireland, (Invest NI), wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of the design and construction – and on occasions, design or construction only – of Northern Ireland stands, including group stands, at exhibitions in the British Isles and other parts of Europe. The Framework Agreement will be established on behalf of and operated by Invest NI’s Trade Division. The framework agreement will facilitate Invest NI to provide: • The design and construction, and on occasions design or construction only, of all industry sector group stands at exhibitions in the British Isles and other parts of Europe. During the last year, exhibition locations included; London, Birmingham, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Dublin, Paris, Barcelona and Copenhagen. • Invest NI may require approximately 10 exhibitions annually. These range from an Invest NI information stand to a Northern Ireland group stand that could accommodate up to 15 individual exhibitors. • Stand construction may also vary in that stands may be either custom build or system stands and on some occasions may be positioned outdoors, requiring temporary constructions such as pavilions or prefabricated units.
