Tender description

Invest Northern Ireland wishes to procure 5 separate general civil engineering infrastructure projects at five of their industrial estates throughout Northern Ireland. To reduce Economic Operators’ input at PQQ stage this prequalification questionnaire package applies to all five projects, for each of which a separate shortlist of applicants will be compiled. Economic Operators must identify in PQQ1 Pre-Qualification Questionnaire those projects for which they wish to be considered. Economic Operators may select as many projects as they wish subject to their Constructionline Category Value being equal to or greater than the relevant individual project values set out in Tables 1 to 5 of PQQ1 in at least one of the Work Categories set out in Tables 1a to 5a. N.B. At least one project must be selected. Failure to select any projects will result in the Economic Operator’s application not being considered.
