Tender description

DETI wishes to commission a supplier for the purpose of updating/revising an EDO Manual, revising and updating the current EDO and Sponsor Control review work templates and undertaking a three year programme of reviews of EDO arrangements in place. The review will commence in the 2013-14 financial year and will include an inspection of specified EDOs and the sponsor control arrangements established over them by their sponsoring organisations. A number of previous EDO exercises have been commissioned by DETI, the latest in 2010. DETI invites Tenderers to submit a proposal to carry out the following three year work programme:
