Tender description

Telecommunications Policy Unit (TPU) is a branch within the Strategic Policy Division of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI). The work undertaken by TPU supports the wider DETI remit of formulation and delivery of economic policy through targeted investments in the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure. DETI requires a service provider to undertake an evaluation of the TPU Strategic Plan 2006 to 2010. The service provider will work alongside the DETI Policy Evaluation and Development Unit (PEDU) which shall have overall responsibility for the evaluation activity.
