Tender description

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) wishes to appoint a service provider to carry out research into the use of Renewable Heat within NI. It is anticipated the contract will commence early February 2013 and last for a period of 2 months. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid. This project will be part financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Sustainable Competitiveness Programme for Northern Ireland. The project will be funded from the EU Competitiveness Programme and as such the final report will have to meet the publicity requirements of the programme.
