NHS Commercial Solutions seeks to award a framework agreement, in two lots, to a number of commercial providers with the capability and experience to offer clients the services described above and within the remainder of this document. The lot structure is Lot 1: The on-site destruction of data and the removal of the remaining hardware for recycling and disposal in accordance with statutory regulations and the Statement of Requirements. Lot 2: The on-site destruction of data and the removal of the remaining hardware for refurbishment and resale in accordance with statutory regulations and the Statement of Requirements. The framework agreement will be available to all organisations detailed in the Contract Notice. members of NHS Commercial Solutions will have direct access. All other organisations may access the framework only with the prior approval of NHS Commercial Solutions.
