Design Services Framework

Tender description

Network Rail is issuing this call for competition inviting those interested in taking part in our Design Services Framework. The Framework will be a zero value agreement with no guarantee of services being awarded under any part of the Framework. Network Rail are seeking to award 4, National Multidiscipline agreements and 2 agreements for each of 10 single disciplines for each of 4 Regions covered by a total of 41 Lots. Each agreement will require the Supplier to provide either the single or multidisciplinary design services as described in the scope documents plus project management support as may be required for each commission. Suppliers awarded agreements under the Framework may also be invited to join an alliance to enable the continuation of their Design into later stages of a Project.
