As part of Lisburn City Council's Rural Village Regeneration Programme, we wish to appoint an organisation to design and project manage the delivery of environmental improvement works in Glenavy Village Centre. The proposed environmental Improvement works will include paving, kerbing, resurfacing, planting and bespoke elements to include furniture and lighting
