Design Production & Build of the NI Government's Exhibition at Balmoral Show '12

Tender description

The Department for Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) requires a service provider to provide the design, production and build of the Northern Ireland Government Departments’ Exhibition at the Balmoral Show 2012. The exhibition will be sited in the Balmoral Hall at the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society (RUAS) Showgrounds from the 16th to the 18th May 2012. It is anticipated the contract will commence early March 2012 and will run for 1 exhibition only. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. The closing date for return of tenders is 3pm on Friday 24th February 2012. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
