The Trustees, Dioceses of Dromore invite applications from a full integrated design team to include an independent project manager from the outset to manage the design team throughout all design and construction delivery stages together with full project management of the appointed construction team through to the successful completion and handover of the project. Design teams comprising Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer (including BREEAM Assessor), Civil & Structural Engineer and CDM Co-ordinator wishing to be considered for inclusion on a select list for the full design and management service for the construction of the New Post-primary Secondary School.
