Tender description

The Project is for the provision of the sustainable demolition of all identified structures within the boundaries of the existing Foyle & Londonderry College and Ebrington Site at Clooney Road, Londonderry. The complex is mainly a former military base but also included for demolition are unoccupied former social housing units. The existing structures comprise both accommodation blocks and a wide range of military service buildings including maintenance garages, storage facilities, shops, leisure facilities and a number of structures for housing equipment such as electrical substations, central heating boilers and other services.
