Delivery on Hammersmith and Fulham Council's developing Arts Strategy

Delivery of final stage of consultation on the LBHF Arts Strategy Hammersmith and Fulham Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or individuals to lead on the final consultation stage and to work with the council to deliver the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council (LBHF) Arts strategy. The Council (LBHF), as the Contacting Authority, intends to carry out an Open Procedure to award the contract to One Provider or Consortium Hammersmith and Fulham is home to a vibrant arts and culture scene. But we are now trying to make it even better. The draft Arts strategy sets out our approach for achieving these aims, grouped under three core themes: destination, creation and access. We have decided to invite organisations to tender for delivery of the final stage of consultation. This would include proposals for an arts programme with key projects and activities, under the three themes of: Destination, Creation, and Inclusion in the arts in LBHF. The Tender will be run electronically using the CapitalEsourcing e-Tendering system. Tenderers must ensure they adhere to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Instructions and guidance notes provided when submitting their Tender.
