LCCC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS - MENTORING PROGRAMME Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council has recently completed the very successful Evolution Programme. Due to the success of the Evolution Programme, Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council seeks to appoint an appropriate delivery organisation (or organisations) to manage and co-ordinate LCCC Business Solutions - Mentoring Programme, from herein known as the Mentoring Programme to be delivered between 1st September 2015 and 31st March 2016. This initiative forms part of the Council’s Economic Development Strategy and Action Plan 2014-2017.
