Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced delivery organisation to undertake an Independent Post Programme Evaluation of 2 separate Small Business Support Programmes. The overall aim of the evaluation is to assess the quality and relevance of the two programmes, and their effectiveness in achieving the set outputs (as stipulated by the Council and Invest Northern Ireland).
