The HSCB requests tender bids from provider organisations which could include a consortium bid to deliver counselling, education and research in surviving sexual violence and abuse service across Northern Ireland in each of the five Local Commissioning Group (LCG) areas (these areas are coterminous with the 5 Health and Social Care Trust areas). Closing Time for Receipt of Tenders is 12 noon on Friday, 7th February to HSCB, 12-22 Linenhall Street, Belfast. Tenders will be returned hard copy to HSCB, 12-22 Linenhall Street, Belfast, BT2 8BS and should be sent by recorded delivery if not being hand delivered before the closing date, as per instructions in the Tender opportunity. Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope (minimum size A4) bearing address details, Tender number and the closing date advised by the HSCB. The Tender should be unbound (loose leaf format, punched and in a folder) to facilitate reproduction as required.
