Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council now wishes to appoint an experienced Sports Development Consultant with significant experience in the preparation of relevant Strategic Reports and Facility Audits. In order to fully inform the Playing Pitches Strategy, The Sports Development Consultant will be required to undertake a comprehensive audit of all Playing Pitches in the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council area.
