Tender description

As part of the UK government’s commitments under the Kyoto protocol and United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change the Authority produces an annual inventory of agricultural greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This project is required to help the Authority meet these obligations. This project will deliver the annual inventories of ammonia and GHGs to the Authority on a timely basis. The project will also deliver annually updates projections of emissions. The project will compile the GHG inventory using the UKs current Tier 1 approach whilst developing an operational Tier 2/3 inventory in accordance with the guidance and evolving outcomes of the GHG R&D Platform.
