Project_5017/ ITT _7985 DEL- Steps to Work Evaluation Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) wishes to invite tenders for the provision of the above services. The Department for Employment and Learning intends to undertake an evaluation of the Steps to Work (StW) programme in order to: •Better inform the Department on the effectiveness, efficiency and equity of the programme; •Examine how it improves the employability of participants and how it has helped them progress into the labour market; and •Make recommendations, if appropriate, to improve the future performance of the programme.
