Tender description

The Project is for the provision of a new Performing Arts / Technology and Innovation Centre and related/associated works for the South Eastern Regional College at the Bangor Campus. The development will be constructed on a single site and comprises a single building of approximately 3,600m2 to provide a combined centre for innovative engineering and creative technologies and the performing arts. The project will include minor reconfiguration of some existing rooms within the main Bangor campus. The project will include foundations, superstructure, engineering services, fixtures and fittings, external and site development works.
