Project_1837/ ITT _3594 DEL- Review of Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) Scheme Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The main objective of the scheme is to encourage increased participation, retention and achievement in post-compulsory education for those students from low-income households for whom financial constraints may be a barrier. The main objective of the review, therefore, is to determine the extent to which the EMA scheme is achieving this objective.
