Tender description
The purpose of the Awareness raising project is to promote greater diversity and equality in the workplace which in turn will lead to improved working relations and, in the longer term, to improved productivity and Growth. This requirement is to appoint a provider who will raise awareness among employers of the problems experienced by lesbian gay and bisexual sector in the workplace and highlight the benefits to employers of having robust Equality and Diversity policies in place.
