Tender description
The Department for Employment & Learning (DEL) requires a service provider to provide consultancy support to aid the Department in reviewing the existing SLA between DEL and the Educational Guidance Service for Adults (EGSA). The Department wishes to secure consultancy support to examine the extent of need for the service, to carry out this interim performance review and evaluation, and to submit a formal report and recommendations to the Department. The closing date for the receipt of completed tenders is no later than 3pm on Tuesday 19th July 2011.
