DEL - A Review of the Finance, Curriculum, Staffing and Estate of NRC

Tender description

The Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) seeks to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractor to conduct a Review of the Finance, Curriculum, Staffing and Estate of the Northern Regional College. The contractor will be required to conduct an independent, accurate and comprehensive analysis of the position at the college in relation to the four key areas of curriculum, staffing, estates and finance and produce a report which contains credible conclusions, the identification of the main areas where performance needs to be improved and the identification of implementable recommendations. Service providers should note that in order to ensure that an independent and objective approach is adopted in undertaking this review; tenders submitted by the following will not be considered: - • Individuals or organisations which are, or have been, involved in delivering Financial Services to NRC in the last 5 years (by the closing date of this tender).
