Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period). The Consultant’s team will be expected to include all professional disciplines necessary to provide the complete service. The Project is the replacement of a sports pavilion and the upgrading of a shale pitch to a synthetic surface hockey pitch. The design must comply with the requirements of the Department’s Building Handbook Section 4 for Secondary Schools. The contract period for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period) will be approximately 36 months.
