Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period). The Consultant’s team will be expected to include all professional disciplines necessary to provide the complete service. Description of Works 1. Provision of modular re-locatable Sports Hall and associated ancillary accommodation on an existing hard play area. 2. Provision of a modular re-locatable, stand-alone, two-studio Music suite block on an existing hard play area. 3. Provision of an additional Manufacturing Room and associated support and ancillary accommodation by extension onto the existing technology and design suite. 4. Damp penetration remedial work and associated refurbishment of the existing St Joseph’s building. 5. Demolition of the existing Dunmaul building and the provision of a hard play area See MOI Part B for further details
