The Contract is for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period). The Consultant’s team will be expected to include all professional disciplines necessary to provide the complete service. (The Project is the extension and refurbishment of the Primary School to provide accommodation in line with the June 2011 DE Handbook for a school with an enrolment of 131 pupils. The proposed works include the construction of a new permanent build Multi Purpose Hall, a School Meals Servery and Ancillary accommodation. Alterations to the existing school include the provision of adequate staffroom, multi-purpose rooms and resource areas. The site is of adequate size to accommodate the extension. Siteworks include improved parking arrangements and the removal of a redundant temporary mobile building.)
